What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Positive thinking with “Jo” Spirit, which I always consider others.
Give to be given. You must smile first, then your opponent smiles back to you. You should not wait to see if your opponent smiles first. You will lose very important / valuable opportunities.
Wait for 3 seconds before taking any further actions to control my temper.
Mentors
I always respect my parents’ thoughts and advice. Close friends from High school days also support me with valuable ideas and information which is very encouraging. It is always good to have relationships with friends in various fields for such a long period of time.
