What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
It has been eight years since I became president. As stated in “Naigai's Four Cultures of Action”, we value how to respond to the rapidly changing times and how to meet the challenges of the times, and we value what has been accumulated over the past 100 years, but we also value the challenge of new things.

Mentors
My daughter was born when I was 30 years old.
My daughter, who was born with Down syndrome, was very pure and taught me many things. As she grew up, I was anxious and scared, but I also learned about the kindness in the world that I had never experienced before. I am the person I am today thanks to my daughter, who has given me a new world and a new sense of values.
