During a career spanning almost two decades, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi has contributed extensively to the development of the hotel and hospitality service sector in the Middle East region. He is now actively involved in major property investments and is a member of Arady PSC’s Board of Directors.
Mr Alzaabi successfully completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific, USA. He has attended several executive courses and seminars on bonds, equity, currency and other finance-related areas. He is also an active board member of various sports and social clubs in Abu Dhabi.
Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi has been with Millennium & Copthorne since the Middle East office was set up in 2001 and is currently driving ambitious expansion plans.
He is regarded as a Pioneer in the World’s 100 Most Powerful Arabs by Arabian Business and is also ranked number eight in the Hotelier Middle East list of most powerful hoteliers.
Mr Alzaabi’s philanthropic endeavors include the development of the Hamad Centre for Special Needs in Abu Dhabi, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping children with autism.
He is also the sponsor of the Ali Alzaabi Young Business Leaders Scholarship Fund at the American University of Sharjah.
With an extensive and highly successful business career, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi has been presented the title of Middle East’s Leading Personality for Outstanding Services to Tourism at the World Travel Awards.
